I just finished Meso 2 today. After completion of Meso 3, I want to repeat rotation. I just read a thread that someone is going to do the 6 month rotation after completing the initial 3 month. Is this recommended, or should just the 3 month be repeated. I'm loving my results and want to keep them going and just needing help on figuring the best way to do this. Don't want to burn out before the shock cardio comes out! Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
