? about premix on BM2.

I won't be able to try the cardio portions on the new tapes for awhile(Plantar Fasciitis), but I have been doing the weight sections and I'm very sore - in a good way! My question is this: In double upper body is it just the kickback portion repeated in the tricep section, or do I have a problem? To be honest, by this point in the workout I was a little relieved that I didn't have to do the dips again.

Vickie, I've also been recently diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and have been trying to lay off high impact work. I was getting so bored with only low impact, though, that I went ahead and did all of BM2 on Sunday. I didn't do all the high impact moves, just some of them, but my feet are killing me again. I don't know why I make such dumb decisions. I had been doing so well about it. My podiatrist is going to kill me tomorrow when I see him for a follow up. ;)
