I have been reading all this stuff about only doing 3 cardio HIIT sessions a week. I would really like to do this but I dont want to give up my 5 miles + runs. so I guess I am in limbo on gettin the benefits of trying this to see what changes I could reap with this type of cardio instead of doing the lower heart rate thing. can one do these workouts and then a few other runs a week and still get the benefits that is suppose to come from shorter cardio higher intensity training?someone posted about a women that has book out about shorter cardios with higher intensity and how she ended up getting the best body ever. she also did this with wt training. I think it was called yummymummy.
