? about HC 'Fat Loss' Rotation use...

Hi Cathe, (and anyone else who has advice),

I started the Hardcore 'Fat Loss' rotation on Monday of this week. I will get through weeks 1 & 2, then will have to take about 10 days off because of overseas visitors and a trip to Paris. I'll be doing tons of walking in London and Paris during that time, so won't be totally inactive, but with a houseful (small English house!) of guests plus entertaining I won't be able to do my usual workouts.

My question is, when my guests leave and I'm 'back in action' with my workouts, should I pick up the Fat Loss rotation where I left off (beginning week 3) or start over again w/ week 1?

Also, after completing entire 4 week Fat Loss rotation, which rotation should I do next? Fat Loss again, or Muscle Endurance? Is it advisable to take some rest days between rotations? I only have your Hardcore series DVDs, plus Low Impact Step. I also have lots of Tae Bo, but have been feeling kind of burnt out on them.
