i'm questioning whether or not my abdominals have separated and i was wondering if someone could help me with how to tell this? i was doing some side lying obliques the other morning when i noticed a VERY distinct line in the middle of my tummy going up and down. my midsection isn't very lean so i was surprised that i could see this line. anyway, i was hoping for some guidance from either Cathe or someone else who could help me here. pppllleeeaaaaassssseee???
