Ab workouts

Can anyone suggest safe ab workouts to do while pregnant? I'm 27 weeks and I've continued to workout regularly, I just don't know what's safe ab work.

I'm 17 weeks and my OB said I could do anything I wanted up until 20 weeks and then no more lying on my back, though she said that side lying oblique crunches were fine. Planks were fine too. There are many exercises that can be done for abs even when you can't lie on your back! HTH!
 
i used tracey staehle's coreblast - til my abs SPLIT!!!! it was mild and theres not a noticeable anything there....but freaked me out nonetheless!
theres a lot of standing and plank work on that dvd - i really liked it.
just dont d the woodchop-type moves!:eek:
