Ab workout

Hi everyone,

I've been doing the Cathe's ab workout that comes after the leaner leg part. I think my abs are in good shape but the problem is, my neck gets so tired before my ab actually does.... I usually keep my hand behind head for the most of part but does anyone have any suggestions to solve my problem?
 
Usually when I'm working out with MIS and then it's time to work my abs my triceps are fatigued so I don't like to place my hands behind my neck! I like to keep my arms extended straight out in front so that the focus is on my lifted contractions and I'm not forcing a pulling motion on my neck!Another idea is to when your neck is feeling strained place it down and roll it side to side to release the tension! Hope this helps--we don't want ab workouts to be a pain in the neck just pain in the midsection! hehe!Your friend in fitness~~Francine
