Ab Workout -- Ab Hits II DVD?

I've found that now I need to work my abs LONGER to 'feel it'. I've that stringing your abs workouts together helped -- the later ab workouts are just AWESOME. I was wondering if you would be interested in making another Ab Hits II -- a continuation where Ab Hits left off.

And it would be a GREAT gesture if you could personally sign Ab Hits II for those you are still in your pre-order -- your truly HARDCORE fans. A small gesture of thank you for the support...

If Ab HIts II is not in your future, can you suggest things I could do to make my ab workout harder?

There is a Butts and Guts workout planned and is on preorder right now. Don't have the suggestions, though.

You have my vote for Ab Hits II - wouldn't it be great to have all of the Intensity Series and Body Blast routines on one DVD?

Re making ab routines harder, I too do the string-along method. One of my fave things to do is to do Cathe's CTX-Kickbox core work (prone planks with those great knee-draw-ins), supine planks with leg lift, and roll-ups, THEN go on to a traditional floor routine (Leaner Legs, Cardio+Weights, Allstep, Muscle Max, etc.). I totally swear by the Kickbox plank sequence.

Also, when you are doing reverse curls or hip lifts, squeeze a med ball between your knees even if the routine doesn't demonstrate it.

Also, use weighted hand gloves to add a bit of weight to the upper body leverage.

Also, every now and then when you're doing bicycles, do them straight-legged rather than drawing the knees to the chest (a trick I picked up from a Mindy Mylrea workout).

Just a few tips - hope others will chime in as well.

Hi Stepping Fool! I have thought of an AB Hits 2 at some point in the future. I think ab/core work is something we always enjoy a little extra of. Looks like you received some good ab suggestions. Enjoy it :)
 
Cathe, I bought Ab Hits last week and I did two sections back to back on Thursday and yesterday I thought that I would love Ab Hits II. I would like to have all the ab segments of the Intensity series, KPC, Muscle Max, etc. in one new Ab Hits DVD. For all of us that don't own a multiple disk DVD player it would be very helpful and convenient to have those in just one DVD. So I would also like for you to consider making an Ab Hits II DVD in the future and like I've said in the past a Stretch Max II DVD wouldn't be bad either.:p I hope you're better Cathe. Take care.
