AB work

Is it OK to work your abs every day or do you need to have a rest day?
What have you ladies found that gives you the best ab results? The dreaded swimsuit season is around the corner and my lower abs need some work.

Hey Paula! I have been told that you should rest your abs like you would the rest of your body parts. Works for me. I have seen better results this way too. Eat as clean as possible too. Lots of yogurt with limited amount of sugar. I eat the kind with 5g of sugar...Blue Bunny, I think is what it is called. Don't forget your broccoli and other good veggies and fish/chicken. Always eat protein with your fruit too.

Would you say 3X per week is enough and what is best for the lower abs? I have been thinking about ordering Coremax but I do the abs on MM and I have an ab lounger (have hardly used it).

3X's a week is fine. I wouldn't go less then that though. Coremax is a good workout and will work out your lower abs good too. Mine usually shake like I got a vibrator in there when I am done! Love that feeling. I would definitely order core max!
