I lifted this morning but I feel the need to get a good ab workout in tonight – looking for suggestions. Of all of Cathe’s many ab routines which one is your favorite?
I regularly do Core Max 1 and 3 and the Gutts part of Butts and Gutts. All are mostly do-able but have parts that are wicked tough for me. All are short but very effective routines, each in its' own way. But I salute anyone who can do Core Max 2. I can't even imagine how.
Thanks for your suggestions ladies, I ended up doing Core Max 1. I hadn't done it in a while and it was great!!! I realized I'd gotten stronger since I'd done it the last time - I could actually do the twisting leg thrusts without much effort I love when I realize I've gotten stronger!
I usually do coremax 1, but I did the coremax 2 and 3 since I got an 8 lb. med ball for xmas. I did really well with those too since I've gotten stronger with weight training. I especially like the coremax 3 with the med. ball because you do alot of oblique work.
I also really like the LIC ab work. Did it the other day and thought wow, I have to do this one again.
I have so many favorites from Cathe. I think my ultimate favorite is the one from Kick, Punch & Crunch. The ones in the 4DS series are awesome as well! Also, ME abs is on top of my list too.
I like to put CM section 3 with B&G's weighted ab routine. I prefer to work my abs with weights as much as possible, & this combo gives me wicked DOMS.
