There is an Ab exercise in Leaner Legs (and some others, although I cannot name any right this moment
) that I had a question for you all about...let's see if I can describe it well enough
It is an oblique exercise that is two part & I have a question about the second part. You are lying on your back with your hands behind your head, knees bent & feet on the floor. You bring your torso up a bit and then your right elbow towards your right knee to work the oblique. That is part one. For the second part, take your right arm, hold it out, bring your torso up to work the oblique and bring your arm towards your right foot. Are you with me so far?
I think that in most of the workouts where I see this exercise, I have heard Cathe say "you won't touch your foot but reach towards it." I definitely touch my heel most of the time without any issue. I am not trying, but my hand is just right there naturally. I think that it might be because even though I am six feet tall, I have a short torso (all legs here) and long arms. But then I wondered, could I be touching b/c I am using bad form?
Do you guys touch?
