The thing I love about the Ab Hits DVD is that YOU are the one who decides the length and kind of ab workout that you want. It's broken down into chapters by video title, exercise type, or the pre-mix workouts. I usually either tack on a 10-15 min segment to the end of a cardio workout (for example), or do several of them at a time during a workout in which I really want to focus on the midsection. I also like to do a section or 2 of Cathe's Abs and then follow up with a short Pilates ab session to mix things up. There are SO many options with this DVD - I love it!!!
