I have been an avid Cathe workout person for so many years I feel like I watched you grow up, get married and have kids! In fact I think I did watch you grow up, get married and have kids!
My question is this: I own Contours Express Ladies Fitness in Elk Grove, CA. You can take a look at our site www.iLoveContours.com and see that WE USE REAL WEIGHTS in a circuit style program! That of course is because I learned everything I know from Cathe. Hence, why I did NOT open a Curves. Hydraulics just did not ring true to my teachings from you, Cathe
!!!
We are teaching a Gutt and Butt series in our club. It is a high intensity drill format where we tie a string around the waist and have the ladies engage their core and feel the string get lose when they are correctly engaged. However, in review of your Ab-Hits I was noticing that it seems as though you are expanding a little when you are on the positive move of the crunch. Now, my thoughts are that you are so fit that the muscle expands on all of us but that initially we need to keep the string lose until we have nothing but a 6-pack left, Tee Hee
. Any comments or advise on this form, using the string, etc.
On a last note, I hope someday to be able to come to New Jersey and workout with you and meet you. That really is my little dream;-).
Thanks for the advise and the great workouts!
