Ab Hits DVD

Hi everyone,

Just wondering, does Cathe use the Step in the Ab Hits DVD? If so, how difficult is it to substitute something else in place of the Step?

You could use the couch if needed...Or just do them from the floor. It is always modifiable...
Need a ball too..
I like the DVD...
