<--- is very relieved tom. is Friday & also a 3-day weekend

<---had a very nice Yoga class this morning
<---had very good balance today, so was not wobbling all over during tree pose and half moon pose

<---has no suggestions for Shannon's hair but understands her frustration
<---has very thick, wavy, uncontrollable hair that frizzes too
<---went with short layers and is happy with it, for now
<---thinks Beavs' dinner sounds fabulous ;)

<---is eating some tropical fruit right now and it's not nearly as satisfying as chocolate ice cream with peanut butter
