Hi !

I would like a tough functional fitness workout from Cathe, something with fun new moves and lots of core and stabilizing work, and Cathe would do it so good !
And SJ&P number 2, I find it perfect, some step, some hi-lo, some weight work. Or a Circuit Max #2, this should be fine too :)
