A Toasty Rotation: January 4, 2006

Good Morning!

I am going to have to ease into this workout ladies. Fighting a cold here, but I do feel alittle better than last night.

So come in join me today for 5 min brisk power walk, 400 walking lunges w/15 lb dumb bells, 400 jumping jacks, 8 set of 8 pushups, 500 crunches from all angles w/weight(s), 4 sets of 25 dips w/20 lb plate or dumb bell. Don't make me do this alone!!!!

I will omit the dips because my triceps are already fried from PUB and extra work off smith machine.

Just finishing up here. Still have crunches to do tonight. Better to crunch the belly then to be crunching on some cheetos or donuts. LOL! Did the pushups, half on toes and the other on knees. At least I did them. Walk/Run for the 5 minutes which help to brighten up my damp spirits. Did the jumping jacks in sets of 100 this time. Always great too to come to this forum and get cheered up by friends too when you feel blue! Love you all! NOW I FEEL GREAT!!!!!!
