A Toasty Rotation: January 2, 2006

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Today's workout will be a long one, but I have the time, do you?

Doing PUB and Core Max 1, 2 and 3. I am also going to do some extra tricep and lat work off my smith machine and throwing in some cheat curls as I want to go heavy for biceps so I figure about 4 hours of working out today. Got some new CD's to listen to so I am ready!!!!
