A Toasty Rotation Check In: 9/24/2005

Good Morning Toasties!!!

Yesterday we did 500 walking lunges with 15# db's, 500 crunches w/weights and 50 squats.

Today's schedule calls for ME and Stretch Max!

I did 400 walking lunges with 15# db's as my day was extremely busy and I was doing the lunges until it got dark, I had to take a couple of breaks because a storm came thru too so my workouts were interrupted a bit yesterday. I did my squats and then my son came in with the telephone with an important call so I had to stop. AGGGHHH! I am doing my crunches today with ME and Stretch Max.

Have a great workout everyone. This is the last day of the rotation.
