A Toasty Rotation Check In: 9/23/2005

Good Morning Toasties!!

Well yesterday was a rest day if you are up on schedule. If not, then you must have DOMS this morning! LOL! I hope you do. I know I haven't been posting the check in every morning. Oops...I get busy too and sometimes forget, but as long as everyone is sweating from the workouts, that is all that matters!

Today's schedule calls for: 500 walking lunges with 15lb db's, 500 crunches w/weight (10# or 20# plates) and 50 squats (no momentum) so use the weight you can handle because we are not stopping!

I will be doing my crunches in the evening as usual as it makes time go by faster when watching TV and crunching. I will have to do my 500 walking lunges and squats this evening as I will be gone most of the day.

And tomorrow is ME and Stretch Max!!!!!!! The last of the Toasty Rotation.

Good Morning!!

I can't believe we are almost done! This rotation flew by! Well, yesterday was supposed to be a rest day, but I did Step Fit and S&H Ch/Ba. This morning I did our lunges, squats, and half the crunches. I will do S&H Tri/Bi and the other half of crunches this afternoon. I am going to change tomorrow's ME for a run and Stretch Max.

I can't believe it's almost over, too, WOW it went fast and was soooo much fun! Thank you Charlotte for putting it together! :)

I didn't rest yesterday - I did High Step Training, Advanced and treadmill for 30 minutes.

I'm hoping to take off of work early today to go home and get the workout in before my "date" with my husnband tonight. I'm very excited, we haven't been out just the two of us in a while.

I copied this rotation and put it in my book for when I am post partum. I can't wait until I am fit enought to try the August Rotation and this one.

Hi, Maggie!

I loved this rotation. You definitely feel it the next day. All together I have lost 5lbs and 2%BF. I am also following BFFM. I really feel stronger. That is for sure! Next month I am going to do Cathe's Butt & Gut Rotation. I have done strength building for a while now and need some cardio. Charlotte is blessed because she doesn't need as much as I do! I do recommend her rotations!

My bodyfat is still the same because I am still concentrating on building muscle. I have plenty of time to worry about cardio to get it down to 11% which is my goal...next month, and it will be cooler out too to run. WHEW! My arms are getting stronger all the time. I am curling with 55lbs now. DD just told me yesterday that they look bigger. I love working the arms the most! My legs look more tone too. I will post pictures in October.
