A Toasty Rotation: 9/19/2005

Good Morning Toasties!!!

Scheduled today is low max extended version and a 3 mile run.

I got off track with my workouts so I will be doing Chest/Back, CoreMax 1,2 and a 3 mile run in the evening. My bonus will be low max extended version tomorrow with PLB}(

Good Morning!

So happy to be home! I did Low Max w/weights. What a great workout for Monday! Really gets in there. A great burn to start the week! I am ready for my run. That will be this afternoon though!

Charlotte-I doubt you got off track. I think you are just a glutten for punishment!!!}( }(

Good morning, girls:

My step aerobics class starts tonight - I'm so excited to start teaching again. :) So, I'm substituting that for LowMax. If I'm still energized after teaching I may put it in and do a part of it when I get back home. :)

Had a great weekend! Only four weeks until vacation!!! :)

Im gonna join, even though I only started the rotation on Fri:)
Yesterday was suppose to be PUB and the UB seg of SS.But I loaned out PUB to a friend and I have SS on VHS and wasn't in the mood to be fastforwarding.SO I did CTX UB and Ub in MM and I was fried when it was over.I think CTX UB is one of the hardest UB workouts Cathe as made.
Wish me luck...Im go'in in again soon...

I don't have CTX UB or MM, but now you got me curious that I might have to get them just to see for myself.
