A Toasty Checkin: 9/9/2005

Good Morning Toasties!

Today will be LL or Legs and Glutes...depending on what video you have. We will also be running 5 miles today so run before the workout or before. I will be running first and then I will do Legs and Glute later on in the day.

For those of you who are trying to lose weight, do 5 miles in the morning and then again in the evening as a bonus! YAHOO!!!!

Yesterday was a rest day, but I know Marcia was not resting!!!! I just did some planks and washed the cars.

Good morning, Charlotte and my other workout buddies!

Well, I wake up and workout at 4:30am. Too dark to go for a run. So I did CTX 10*10*10 followed by LL and abs. Wow!! My legs are TOASTY!
This evening I will go for a run.

I have to wash my car today. I have stupid bugs all over it. I thought everyone knew what lovebugs were, but my workout buddy did not. That is so funny. They are little bugs that come out in fall and spring and attach to each other and fly everywhere. I mean they come out full force. They don't do anything but fly around and smash into your windshield and front end. Enough to just annoy you.

Good morning - Carla and Charlotte :) :

I'm feeling SOOOO energized today - YIPPEE!!!!! :) I'm just on a natural high with this rotation.

I have to mix it up AGAIN for the weekend, but I will DEFINITELY get in all the workouts. I am in a golf tournament tomorrow and leave around 8am and who knows what time we'll get home. It's a very "casual" tourney; our bar vs. a neighboring bar in a dual for the traveling trophy. :) So, this means I will probably be lifting quite a few 12 ounce cans ;-) ;-) . So, today after work I'm going to tackle Bootcamp twice; rest tomorrow unless I get up and do a light workout before we leave and then Sunday the 5 mile run and Legs and Glutes. :) Whew!!! (I'm going to try hard to stick in some cardio tomorrow morning.)

Carla: WTG - 4:30am you a SUPERWOMAN!!! :) What a great way to start your day!

Charlotte: Thanks for the extra suggestion of running 5 miles twice to help my effort to lose weight. }( I'm going to try it. I'm up for ANY advice on speeding up this weight loss.

Hello,
I'm doing L&G during my lunch break today, and then the 5 miles when I get off work. We have been having some down pours this morning, so I'm hoping it will at least lighten up by 4:30 because I don't want to run on the treadmill. I haven't done L&G in awhile...looking forward to it :)
