A Toasty Check In: 9/7/2005

Good Morning Toasted Friends!!!


Today we will be focusing on upper body: Slow and Heavy series: Tri's/Bi's, Chest/Back and Legs and Shoulders (shoulders only). Also, we will be doing 500 crunches w/o weights this time!

Yesterday most of us did ME and Stretch Max! I started with 35# for the curls and had to stop half way. Brought it down to 30# again. Mad that I had to stop so started again at 30# in hopes to go all the way to the end. Arms already fatigued and did not make it. Gave it my best shot. Next time, I am sticking with 30#!

Good morning (well, for me it still is). I did Tuesday's workout last night, but I added KPC warm up through the drills. That was one tough workout, and it was fun. I had to cut short and never went back and did more walking lunges, so total I only got 100 in. I really have to work on those walking lunges, I dropped to 10 lb dumbbells after 50.

Today is SH upper body, I don't have chest and back so I'll sub w/PUB for that I guess. I'm antsy today too, I think I'll try to fit in a quick run}(

That is good! I hope your butt is burning! I am feeling strong today. I just did all the curls in Tri's/Bi's with 40# and the last 2 sets of 8's with 50#. Worked tri's with a 30lb bar behind head. I am so excited. I have not gotten this far before! I still have C/B to do and Shoulders. I am working abs tonight in front of the TV.
