A Toasty Check In: 9/14/2005

Good Morning Toasties!!!!

Today on schedule is KPC or KickMax twice and then 50 squats (continuously...no momentum)!!!

Well that is just going to make me cry after the Fiesta of Sweat yesterday. I just doubled up on everything instead of repeating and my son wanted to see how long I could hold a pull up (3mins). I have DOMS mostly everywhere this morning.

This is what I did yesterday:

800 crunches/situp combination while watching Biggest Loser
10 mins of jumping rope (non stop)
10 mins of jogging with son
4 mins of low pulsing squats (that almost made me scream)!
400 jumping jacks
200 toe touches
100 pushups (on knees)

ETA: 200 alternating front lunges

Well I think that was it, can't remember if I missed anything or not.

More DOMS coming right at us after todays workout!!!!

that's quite a workout, charlotte! I remember doing it thinking it didn't look too bad on paper. Then I woke up the next day hehe. Why don't you give your body a chance to heal a bit if you are feeling like a trainwreck? I thought the body needs a chance to repair from days like that ;)

Good Morning!

Yes, I feel it today also! I got on the treadmill later after our fiesta and then I did core work from HSC on top of all the crunches.

Today I did KM 2x's. This afternoon I will do the squats. I am also going to get on the treadmill again. I think I may do PLB floor work too.

I am off to finish cleaning.

No, my legs need this. I got plenty of time to rest on Thursday (tomorrow) and looking forward to it. I will feel like a Queen if I can conquer all of todays workout!

What time did you get up this morning to get that much done already?

I have to admit I had every intention of getting up and doing at least one KPC workouts and then the other after work, but I just couldn't get my body moving. My meeting last night went until 9pm, which isn't bad, but once I got home and talked with DH I was worthless for a major workout.

But, today I will! :)
