I was supposed to do ARX last night, but I am so bored with that one - so I did Core Max One....
and I had recently bought push-up bars, so I used those and was able to lift my legs off the floor and hold myself up that way
Granted of course its not as hard as what Cathe is doing, but my arms always felt so awkward and my wrists so strained when I do it the other way.
