A Time Crunch Total Body Workout

There are times when I would love to workout longer than an hour. Other times I do not have even an hour. My suggestion is to put together a total body and a little cardio in an 50 minute workout. Please don't hate me but I did Firm Vol 4 today because I just wasen't able to workout longer than 50 min. It is the best video out there (in my opinion) for what I call my short workout. It is total body, has legs, cardio, upper and abs. You probably will never see this Cathe but thank you for pushing me and keeping me interested in working out.
 
Nobody hates you.....}(..you can do any other workout that suits you...we all do. :p I understand the need for a full body workout in an hour or less. I would love it too!
