A tasty way to get more fiber...

Hi Everyone,

I just had to share with you my tasty way to get more fiber in your diet a day.

1/2 cup fiber One cereal (14-16 grams of fiber I think)
1/2 or 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
1 Tablespoon of honey.

Sometimes I will mix in Cool Whip Free.


I mix it all together and it tastes like your really cheating. It is soooo good. If you are on WW it is 4 points if you use 1 tablespoon of PB and 3 points is you use 1/2.

I tried it and...

it is delicious! I even had Cool Whip in the fridge leftover from Thanksgiving, but didn't try it, cause all the kids were snacking and then I'd have a Cool Whip mess!
