Hey ladies,


Some of you have these weightloss progress scales at the bottom of your post. I wanted to know where you got them and how you get them on your posts. I am computer illerate! I think they are so cool! I may even help me!

Here is my stupid question, I see alot of you have picture trails and I thought that was cute so I did one myself. Now I just cant seem to put it on my profile. How, where? Can anyone explain to me. I would ask my DH but he would think Im silly.

I created my weightloss tracking bar, but nowhere on my profile will let me copy or paste it on my profile. Is there something I'm not doing. What exactly do I do after I create the bar. I know to go to the third box. Please help! Also if anyone else knows.


I am very ignorant to computers.

Kim, did you try putting the link into the "signature" box at the bottom of the page in your user profile? That might work.

I hate to bother everyone but I don't have anything that says "signature" at the bottom of my profile. All I have is my name and state and hobbys and I can't put anything on the page below. Sorry so bothersome. I may not be able to do it. Does everyone have a signature at the bottom?

Go to "User Menu" at top of page: then, click on Edit your profile MAYBE yours says Make profile or something to that effect if you haven't made a profile yet??? Let me know if you can find this...

I found the signature and I have the link there. how can I make the weight tracker on the post.


Um I see I have the link but why not the tracker picture. I am so embarrassed I have to do this myself.

Hey Kim. Don't worry, we have all been there trying to figure these things out...Keep in mind that the link will remain a link until they are actually posted. To test one, put it in a trial reply to a post & then hit PREVIEW message before you hit POST message. Does that make sense??? Better yet, post the link here back to me and see what happens.

Hey whatta you know! I did it! Actually my son and dh helped me. I got frustrated and went shopping. thanks for your help.


My son had my starting weight and losing weight wrong. I couldn't believe he didn't ask first.
