A SHORT LITE ROTATION

Here is my rotation for the next four weeks...I need something a little less stressful so here it is...

Sunday: off
Monday: 60m power walk + Upper Body Pyramid
Tuesday: 60m intermediate walk +Lower Body Pyramid
Wednesday: no cardio, Upper Body Pyramid
Thurday: 60m power walk + Lower Body Pyramid
Friday: 60m intermediate level walk + 30 minutes of stretches
Saturday Cardio and Weights as it is or any of the premixes for Cardio and weights...it just depends on how I feel when the time comes.:)

Sometimes I just need a little break from all the impact.:-0
 
Very smart Deedee. I do the same type of thing. I just got done with a lot of high impact cardio week. I was planning this coming week's workouts and had to put in some low impact stuff, cause I knew my body would need it.
