The STS does not really sound like something I would like, I tend to do my weight training in a more simple fashion, but the abs/core dvd sounds right up my alley. I was hoping that maybe you could offer that dvd for purchase separately from the STS system for those of us who are interested in buying it & not the rest of us who don't do rotation type weight training. (This doen's mean I think everyone should have to buy it separately; I just would like to be able to purchase it separately.) I'm also looking forward to more of your fun step workouts & hour long strength workouts in the future!
