Just curious to know if you can actually overdo the water thing. I've read everywhere that it's important to stay hydrated (especially during pregnancy) and I've been sucking down the H2O like crazy. Aside from going to the bathroom every 15 minutes, is there any problem with drinking TOO much water?
I'm a little person (4'11") and I'm drinking a gallon a day. I workout 45-60 minutes 5/6 days a week.
Anyone know?
