How often should a one do cardio and weight workouts. I thought it might be a way to change my routine. But I don't really understand how cardio and weight training help improve fitness. Right now I do cardio 4 times a week and weight training twice. So do I perform less weight training if I add cardio and weight training or keep it the same. And can I perform cardio and weight training the day before or after weight training? Any help would be appreciated.
