Ok guys, I am serious about a New Year's resolution this year. I just had a baby in October and my body is VERY out of shape. I need a goal to reach for. So I have decided after much thought that I really want to be certified to be a fitness instructor. This will fuel my efforts to get back in shape too. So...
A. To all of you fitness instructors out there: How'd you do it? What is the process of getting certified?
B. To everyone: What's your goal for the new year?

Stephanie, good luck. :)

There's another 2009 goal thread somewhere, but I didn't reply to that one, so I'll answer here. My goal: Stay happy and get stronger.

stephanie, you know i'm right there with ya!
my goal would be to lose this deflated balloon that was once a toned belly!

charlie & julia, you were well worth it but DANG! does that 3rd baby ever stretch you out! and i didnt even gain that much!:D

A: I'm a personal trainer and am 21 weeks preggo (still not showing), So, I can't tell you what it's like to get back into fitness. Overall, it's a daily commitment do something and a dedication to acknowlege that I'm worth a workout.

B: Goal for 2009: That will have to wait as I'm due May 2009. Overall--to be healthy and keep up with the workouts.
