a new video idea?................

Cathlete
I was wondering if anyone would like to see Cathe do a stability ball and medicine ball workout video? I love doing the stabiltiy ball, but have yet to find a video that is close to a gym workout. I think (along with some other Cathe groupies) that she is the only instructor out there that could accomplish this. I would love to have a video from her that is stability ball/medicine ball exclusive (although I have not worked with a medicine ball, I understand from some of the posts that it is also a great workout).

Kim, I'd love to see that too. Post your suggestion on the "suggestions for Cathe's next videos" area of the home page. Í posted a similar suggestion a while ago.

I posted this as an idea for Cathe's next series of videos, intergrated strength training using body weight, a stability ball and a medicine ball. I'm thinking about ordering my first Mindy Mylrea video.
According to Collage and VF. she target advanced exerciser and
specializes in athletic/drill/interval training will lots of "toys".
Anyone here familiar with her work? Some say she's "Obnoxious."
If that's her personality, that won't bother me. I don't care for
cutesy (Denise Austin) or "cheesy-sexy" (Rachel McLish and the
Firm celebrity videos.)

I love Mindy Mylrea and I think she is a great compliment to Cathe. She can get a little "silly" but I think it is entertaining. I think her workouts are challenging and creative. She has an athletic style like Cathe does.

Re: MIndy

I've had a couple of her videos, but her moves are too fast and high impact for me. I love her personality, but she could annoy some people. For example, her definition of the rate of perceived exertion: 1 is sitting on the couch eating bonbons, 10 is throwing up in a bucket. I think it's funny. If you don't Mindy might bug you.

RE: Re: MIndy

Mindy is coming out with a new Medicine/Stability Ball video. The DVD and VHS are only $15 each if you order during the presale (during Jan.), but you won't get the video until March.
You can check it out at ciavideo.com, it's part of the 2300 series.

LOL She IS funny. Who says humor & tough workouts don't mix.
Gin Miller, Mindy, Cathe, Pavel (read the kettlebell posts. He's a writer for Muscle Media the "Body for Life folk." He's nuts.
