A month of ONLY cardio Shock?

darine

Cathlete
I feel like doing 4 weeks of only cardio Shock.

I workout 5 days a week:

day1: HIT and 30 min upper body (any Cathe workout)
day2: Cardio Step or Step Moves or Athletic Step
day3:Circuit Blast or Travel Fit
day4: Any MMA
day5: Another HIT and 30 min any Cathe Lower Body

so I would alternate different Hiit and different MMA or Step, etc

and after the month, I will do a 3 month STS (both weights and cardio)

Am I going to loose strength with that? Unless I do HIIT with full body workouts like Muscle Max, Muscle Endurance, etc

what do you guys think?

what's your opinion?

I'm doing a 5 week rotation of Shock Cardio

For the 1st 5-6 weeks, I'm going to mix Shock Cardio with the weight segments of 4DS and I'm going to do a rotation with ALL 11 of the new workouts. (I'm a glutten for punishment ) I usually do 2 workouts a day, except Sat/Sun, so it is nothing new for me to do this type of rotation. Plus this will get me familiar with each workout so I can make up even better rotations in the future!

Here is what I have all written down and ready to go:

Sunday: MMA Kickbox & Stretch

Monday: morning-Cardio Core Circuit
evening-4DS chest/back followed by HiiT 30/30

Tuesday: morning-MMA Fusion
evening-Athletic Step

Wednesday: morning-Circuit Blast
evening-4DS Shoulders followed by HiiT DW

Thursday: morning-MMA Boxing
evening-Step Moves

Friday: morning-Travel Fit
evening-4DS Bi's/Tri's followed by HiiT 40/20

Saturday: 4DS Legs & Core followed by the "bonus bag" workout

(I copied this from another thread I posted it on)

i plan on doing this. i'm having a issue with being motivated to lift lately so i'm not going to push lifting. since shock cardio has a lot of bodyweight/plyo moves i'm going to use it as a cardio/toning workout with some yoga interspersed inbetween
