A Meso 3 Convert!

I was hesitant to try Meso 3 (I admit it) because of the dread factor for heavier weights and longer rests. I decided to try disc 27 (shoulders, tris and bis) WOW - I was working and sweating and there was not a lot of down time at all (in a good way!) I loved it! It is amazing how great you feel lifting those heavier weigths. Never did I think that I would be slinging around 20 lb dumbells and then upping the weight! What a great feeling. This workout actually had quite a lot of variety and moving around. Kind of reminded me of trisets but for the upper body. I can feel the DOMS starting in the triceps already!
