This one's a little "diffurnt" (as they say on the Iron Range) in its construction, but it appeals to me for just that reason. The overall focus of this MM is moderate- to mid-range cardiovascular intensity with fewer high-impact drills, AND total-body shaping without weights. Just the thing you need the day after Thanksgiving, to fire up for some serious power shopping. Once again, this is best done with a multi-disc DVD player.

With all the kicking, step-oriented leg shaping, core recruitment and upper body punching, you should have everything worked. If you want some targeted core work to finish things off, I'd suggest CTX Kickbox core/ab routine in its entirety. The Black Friday Pump-Up MM is a bit of a time-chewer, so stand-alone ab work might be a little overextended.
