A-Jock, Abs rotation?

Hi, Delphene! Alas, I don't think I'm up to the challenge of creating an entire rotation for abs; however, I did bump up a thread for you called "Elite Ab Mish-Moshes" that I put up back in 02/05.

The best I could come up with would be to do abs 4-5 times per week, with one routine using a stability ball, another routine using a med ball, at least one routine doing the "Long Step Abs" method I've been playing with recently, at least one routine incorporating traditional supine work with the feet on the floor or on a bench, and all routines having at least some plank work.
