A Hiit 2 30/30/60 Circuit on similar concept as Bootcamp

A Hiit consisting of 30 interval, followed by 30 second rest or less and a minute of Weight lifting. How does it sound.

This is my suggestion for an upcoming work out. I am smiling while writing this knowing how hard it could possibly be! It would be a total incineration, on similar concept as Bootcamp.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this ;-)

Love this idea! Similar to Plyo Legs, but includes weight training for the entire body. I can see Cathe doing this for sure :eek:

I'd be on that pre-sale like white on rice :D
