A Great Cardio Workout!

Yesterday I did the High Step Training Advanced dvd. I just did the cardio and leg press portions (with no weight), and when Cathe did the weights I ran on the treadmill. It was great and I was really sweating. Just thought I'd share.
 
Niiiice one aveggiegirl!!!! I love hearing of new ways to mix up older workouts. I'm giving this one a go next week. Thanks for sharing.

Do the lower body pre-mix. It will keep your heart rate up, and a great lower body workout too. This is the only way I do HSTA. I LOVE LOVE Power Circuit, i.e. lower body circuit. Some other you might want to try is Body Max LB Circuit, Body Max2 LB Circuit and CTX Power Circuit.

When I do this one or any of the high step circuits, I just double the cardio portions, so as soon as one is done I repeat it. Then I feel like I get more cardio and a little longer workout. That how I do Bootcamp too!
