Hi,
Check out "Women's Strength Training Anatomy" by Frederic Devalier. It is an illustrated guide to toning the abs, back, legs and buttocks. There are breakdowns of all the exercises for these body parts (which muscles are doing what) as well as information about proper form and variations if you want to target a specific muscle. It is written in layman's terms and the illustrations are phenomenal. It has been sooooo helpful with my studying but it would be a book I would want anyway. It's worth it just for the explanation of cellulite.
Anyway, I highly recommend it and I got mine on Amazon.
Check it out!!
