A good mish mosh for the lowerbody

I thought I would share this workout, as I always feel it in my lowerbody. CK (minus punching drills)w/ BC lowerbody only premix, followed by core only premix. It's only an hour and my butt and legs hurt for 2 days. Sometimes I repeat the leg/power drills in CK. Just thought I would share a goodie!:7
 
Thanks! I may try this one tomorrow. I really want to focus more on my lower body. It's one area I hate training, but it's also the one area that needs it the most!
 
I have one for you guys too that I did the other day and was sore for awhile.
90X legs and back but only do legs.
Hardcore floor work
then do half hour on treadmill at the same speed walking but do intervals with your incline. I went from 2 to 8, 1 min each level and repeated it 3 times. then I sprinted the rest to make 2 miles.


I was also thinking of doing P90X legs only with the cardio/legs premix from bootcamp. I thought that might fry them pretty good to.
