A Fitness Obstacle/Challenge Overcome in 2012!

My fitness obstacle/challenge that I have had EVER since I discovered Cathe in 2006 was fast foot shuffle aka fast foot agility drills and tap straddles (per High Step Training).
I SMOKED both the fast foot drills in combo 1 and combo 5 to where I was working on style. Granted, there are days my feet won't do them but I knew I could today.
What is yours??
 
Also. Monday was my scheduled rest day to travel but it looks like Shovel Max instead.
 
Increase UB strength and complete all push-ups in TBT UB! Cathe has got to be the strongest woman on this planet! I want to invest in a barbell too, maybe that will help me. Oh ya, that and TB leg lifts! I feel like a wuss every time I do that workout :eek:



JT, how much snow did you get? We are lucky this year..........nothing much.......so far :)
 
Right now, about 4 inches where I am at. We're expecting another 2-5 by Monday night. North of me, they will get about one foot of drifts near Lake Michigan.
Yes, Cathe and crew are the strongest women I know (from DVDs). Kudos to you on your fitness achievements!! Yes, a barbell will help. One of the first things I purchased when I started buying Cathe workouts.
