Hey everyone! I have been lurking a lot, and have posted a few times, but overall I'm pretty new to this forum and need to know some things....
1. What are DOMS?
2. What is a DH?
3. This is really stupid....I reaaaallllly love Cathe, but..... (everyone sit down)....I don't know how to pronounce her last name. Does it sound the way it looks, or different?

Thanks to anyone who can clear this up for me...Pam

Welcome Pam...DOMS=Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, DH=Darling Husband or what ever word you want to use for D! About Cathe's last name I am not sure, I'd guess it is pronounced like "Freed"rick....I am sure more will answer....:)...carole

Your absolutely right...I forgot that this is the forum where we can discuss whether our poo floats or sinks...remember that one a few days ago? I loved it... Pam

Pretty sure it's pronounced "Freedrick". I have a niece with the same last name and that's how she pronounces it.

Yes, "Freedrick" is right because I have heard her pronounce it on one of the older videos. Welcome Pam. Glad to have you join us!

Hi Pam,

Your post made me chuckle. No such thing as a dumb question here...I remember having the same questions. deb;-)

Hi Pam,

Welcome! I had no clue what a DH was at first either! Here's another for you- "SO" is "significant other" :)

Could you please tell me which cardio or intervals of Csthes are best for loosing a few pounds of fat? I posted this somewhere else and noone really answered. I don't like a lot of choreography but I am an advanced/intermediate excerciser.
