So My dumb question is: When Cathe releases the new workout schedule
for the month. What day do you start with? Or do you just start with number? I hope that I am making sense.

I think most people start the rotations at the beginning of the month, but I have not done that. Not for any particular reason ~ it just has not worked out that way. For example, I started my current 4-week rotation last Monday the 24th.

You're welcome. Hope it helped. Again, to me, it's not an issue having my rotations begin/end whenever they happen to fall in the month, but I do like my workout week to start on Monday. So, I guess it's just a matter of your preference.
