<---came home with a little hammy from Petco yesterday
<---really really hates Petco, but had to pick up some food for her geckos and that's her only option
<---says there was this cutie pie long haired hamster with a bad cold there and she just had to bring her home and get her better (they "surrendered" her to me since she was sick, so I did not pay them for her and add to the problem - another disclaimer for the peta ladies on the board) ;)
<---adds that "Sabrina" is now living in palatial comfort in her all pink princess critter trail
<---is a SUCKER for sick little animals which is why she stays as far away from places like Petco as she can because most of the time they are all sick
<---hopes that Shelley's day picks up and her wierd mood disapears
<---is sending "Bri" over to give Shelley some snuggly hugs and kisses (also sending some tissues with Bri as the poor little thing is sneezing her head off)

<---tells her that the geckos' names are all Barry Manilow inspired: Mandy, Rico, & Lola

<---says everytime she goes to feed them, she bursts out into song "Her name was Lola, she was a gecko", "Oh Mandy...", or "His name was Rico, he wore a diamond". Anytime her DH plays Manilow (he's the fan, not <---) the geckos run to their food dish.
