A DOMS Day

Ouchhhhh Everyone! I got bit by DOMS today. After getting back from Hawaii I pushed the workouts up a level and I am feeling it today. Today is definitely a rest day for me. How is your day going?
 
DOMS in my whole body if that's possible. After doing 3 workouts yesterday! My behind is sore and it hurts to sit in my chair or to do anything else that involves sitting!! ha ha. Feels great to be back in the swing of things!!!!
 
I only WISH I had DOMS! I'm recovering from a chest cold (maybe bronchitis, I see my doctor in an hour) and I'm so fatigued and congested that I haven't worked out in almost a week. It's killing me! I can't stand not exercising!
 
No DOMS for me today. Looking forward to my workout tonight! Going out for an evening run. Charged my iPod this morning so I will be good to go. Can't wait!

I will be feeling DOMs for sure after tomorrow's workout. I am doing Butts and Guts for the 1st time. I previewed the CD today and my glutes were burning just watching what is in store for them ;)

Today was a spin day for me and thank goodness my DOMS from last Friday's Butts and Guts workout finally disappeared yesterday. Good timing!!!

Thanks Bev! Spin is great for kicking out the DOMS when its on its last day or so. Glad you had a good workout :)

I imagine this will be the topic of your post tomorrow, lol. Good luck with Butts and Guts...it's a burner for sure.

How funny this would be posted cuz I was gonna post the very same thing! I've been playing around with STS Meso cycle 2 and boy, I am sore in places I didn't know existed!:eek: I'm just wondering what it's going to be like when I start my STS rotation;) (Actually, I can hardly wait!;))

That's pretty much me too Isuretri! I did two workouts a day for three days and I'm feeling it.

Sportin' some shoulder DOMS here from 4DS yesterday...:D

And hopefully tomorrow I'll be sportin' some serious 4DS Chest & Back DOMS from tonights workout!!!! :cool:

Yup- definetely feeling the kickbox that you and I did yesterday!! haha! Amazing how you can kick, punch and crunch your way to DOMS after a hard day at work. Even more amazing how much we secretly love our DOMS days!! haha!

Glad to have you back. We've missed you bunches :)

Hi Cathe,

Today I got to play with my lovely new dumbbell rack, so I did a quick full body run-the-rack workout and used 'em all, from 45lbs to 3lbs (plus an annoying barbell). I started with the sweat about three minutes in and my shoulders were about as shiny as they get by the end.

I don't think it would normally give me DOMS, but it's the first strength workout I've done in about 3-4 weeks, so it just might kick in tomorrow.
