WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND TO ME BECAUSE I WANT TO SLIM MY LOWER BODY.WHAT ARE YOUR EATIN HABITS?.DO YOU EAT SIX OR FIVE TIMES IN A DAY?.THANK YOU. YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

Hi! Thanks for the compliment. I do have all of Cathe's DVDs except for the beginner step and a few of her older Step tapes. I am currently doing Cathe's August rotation. I love it. I have been running 30-40 miles a week this summer. I know this helps keep my metabolism going and helps with leaning the legs.

My eating is everything in moderation. I eat when I am hungry. Sometimes that is 5-6 times a day or sometimes three good meals. I try to cut back on the junk the best I can.

You do look great Beverly! Do you have kids? If so, where do you find the time to do all that running on top of Cathe's workouts?

I do have kids. A 14 year old daughter and a 11 year old son. I try to get a couple good long runs in on the weekend. Running is my main cardio and I mainly use Cathe strength tapes..

I mainly run as well - love it to death - can't get enough of it. I just have little time on my hands to do it. I"m lucky if I get one or two runs in during a week. I also mainly use Cathe for strength. I'm looking for a workout buddy - are you into exhanging emails so we can motivate each other?!
