Today will be 4ds back and bicep then cardio coach volume 4

I almost won the slow and heavy series on ebay last night for 9bucks:eek: of course someone swooped in at the last minute to over bid me:mad:. Oh well,i will try next time. Ive got my eye on HST right now;)

Good Morning,

This week is a week of new workouts for me. Tonite is Leaner Legs and abs. DH was sick yesterday so we didn't have any meals so I found myself grazing all day why oh why do I do that I should have just fixed myself something and sat down and ate it.

Amelia-I hate when they do that you get so excited then bam someone sneaks in at the last minute.
 
Workout done...i really rocked that cardio coach...burned 525 alltogether.

Hi everyone. The baby shower went well. I ate pretty healthy most of the weekend except for having several piece of cake. Yesterday was a rest day and I probably won't get a workout in tonight, but I plan on a staying on track tomorrow.

Just finished Leaner Legs and I don't think I liked it. To many low ends deadlifts and squats and there were to many crunches in the ab work.

I was thinking about doing some lb today but awwww,to heck with that. Im doing some cardio coach;) So,todays workout is CC V 5 then some core work. I also plan on getting outside to cut some grass, and im going to fill up the kids little pool( since they have been pestering me about for days:rolleyes:)

Roxie-Great calorie burn yesterday! I don't like low-ends either or pulses for that matter.

I ment to post yesterday, but by the time I got to the computer it was midnight and I figured that made it today.

Yesterday I did 4DS LIS cardio only, Ab circuit yoga abs, and a nice stretch and some foam roller. This morning I only had time for LIC upper body sculpt and some stretching. My piriformis and sciatic nerve are much better, but I am taking it easy just the same. I am not quite sure what aggrevated it in the first place.

Great Wos yesterday.

I just realized the time and I still have to shower, start laundry and get my DS to the library for a planatarium viewing.

Tonite is MIC and I previewed it and I know I will have to take a break its a pretty intense cardio workout.

Amelia-have fun with CC today and get that pool filled for those children.

Elaine-good job with your workout be careful so you don't do major damage to those muscles and nerves.
 
had a great run w/CC. Went outside to fill up the kids and there was a hole in it...i will have to get them another one. They weren't too heart broken, i told them i would let them play outside on the swingset while i cut grass. ( I also told them i would play donkey kong nintendo64 with them later:p, they loved that idea;))

Elaine-Great workouts girl! Im glad your feeling better!

Roxie- I did MIC one time and its killer! I can't imagine doing it on three risers( i think that was what they used?) like Cathe and Crew....:confused:. I used just the platform and i was ready for cpr by the end.

Just finished MIC and holy cow what a killer I even stood and watch some of it because I went brain dead even on some of the simple moves. Here are my stats:

578 cals burned(I bet it would have been over 600 if I had done all of it).

Cathe sure knows what she is doing when she makes a routine.
 
Roxie: Great job on MIC!! That is a tough one. I think I've only done it once.

No WO for me this morning. We are having our roof done. These guys start early. They where at it and it was barely 7 am.:eek: That is early for me. I've been doing a lot of second shifts this summer.
I can't believe my 15 year old is sleeping through all the noise. :eek:

I slipped with the eating yesterday. I had oreos for the first time in over two months.:eek: Tonight DH wants to go out for Szuan(chineese) to celebrate 20 years of not smoking. So tomorrow my eating will be back on track.

Having problems with our computer. Not sure if I will get back on today.

Tonite is BM2 Double Upper Body. I have lost 1/2 inch in my thighs and up 1 inch in the biceps. This rotation is really working for me.

Elaine-I think it is an internet problem I had trouble at home and then when I got to work.
 
Hi everyone. This morning was 35 min. out with the dogs, mostly jogging. I'm having a tough time right now and wish I could get out it. My endurance seems to be fading. My emotions are totally spent. I'm frustrated with myself (and life in general right now). I hate that feeling of being overwhelmed. I know I just have to pull it together and tackle life one day at a time, but I'd rather crawl into bed, LOL. Sorry to rant here. It's just one of those days.

We all have those kinds of days mine is everyday that I have to come to work, I have gotten to the point that I hate my job and my DH is driving me crazy.

Today is my rest day. I did finish cutting the grass, i wore my HRM and burned 170 cals in 22mins:p you know i had to wear it,LOL:rolleyes: I wish i wore it yesterday,i bet i burned close to 400 cals out there sweating buckets!

Wow, Amelia that is great burning those cals just mowing. Our lawn mower is electric and not self propelled. I wonder how many cals I would burn. I think I need to mow the lawn.:D
 
Just finished BM2 cut short the ab section because I worked them Monday and I have to work them the next 3 days.

Elaine-wasn't that calorie burn awesome? Its like cardio:D I watched my HR during it and it wasn't very high though...around 120 or so, i guess the cals shed off because im pushing that darn lawn mower around. Did you get out your lawn mower?;):)

Todays workout is 4ds chest/shoulders/triceps then i will do that pilates cardio burn...i may even jump on the treadmill for ten minutes after that so i can get a good solid 30min cardio.

Eating still going good:) im proud of myself!

This morning I did LIC the whole thing minus ABS. Our roof is done!!yeah!!
They were so fast.

Okay I've gotta go. I've been on the computer to long already.
