Although I still haven't packed, I did make my list. Need to buy a couple things today - one of them being DEPENDS!!!! They recommend that you wear them for a couple of days after the birth because of the bleeding, etc. I am MORTIFIED to buy them. I'll def. be using the self check-out lane!!!
Well, the vet called last night to update us on Suzy. They didn't put her to sleep. They did the surgery and we can have her back!!!! They don't want to charge us anything for her. I am completely blown away. So we're telling the girls at dinner tonight then going to get her. I hate being a charity case, but Mike says we've paid 10X over with all of the animals we've had in there over the years. I have to do something REALLY NICE for them. I can't WAIT to see the girls' faces when we tell them. I was hoping to tell them this AM but Mike wants to be home for it. awwwwww....
Hoping to squeeze in some cardio somewhere in here during the day - prob. when Isabel naps.
Candra, When do you go to the dr this week? I'm headed there tomorrow. Ahhhhh, a glorious 2 hours all to myself!!!!

Yes! I did CC3 today. It was a nice short w/o, 3 miles. I hope to get another w/o in later....kids permiting.

Well AF finally arrived and I am kinda relieved because I didn't think that I was pregnant, I just wanted it to come, so I know for sure and can look forward to some baby making this week.
I am going to the zoo today with my girlfriend and her daughter so I am not sure about my workout, which is supposed to be PS Legs and Abs, so I have to see how I feel after all the walking in the zoo.
IMAX yesterday was pretty lame, I was exhausted to start with and skipped the last three intervals and surely didn't give it my all because there was nothing to give.
Anyway I will try to be back later and catch up with personals.

Kate-that is great news about Suzy!! I can't believe they aren't charging for the surgery. I'm so happy for your girls I haven't packed for the hospital yet either. I go to the doctor this morning so I will see if I am even dialated. I was dialated to a 3 with Owen at 37 weeks and he stayed in until 41 weeks.

After the doctor I am going out to lunch with my friend and shopping! Owen doesn't have school today so he will be with grandma.

I decided i would make an appearance today. I was swamped yesterday at work (again) becuase i am the only one here. My parnter is on vacation and that leaves me to take all the crime reports that come pouring in...same today, im all by myself.

I had a question - i dont know if this is pregnancy related but its happened twice today and about two last week. I am sick with a cold too but have never experienced this before.
i've been getting a fuzzy / tingling feeling in my head. Kind of like when you feel light headed before you see black for a brief second or push yourself too hard in a workout, except i dont black out or faint or anything like that and i'm usually just sitting on my butt what it happens. DOes anyone know what this is? Its just a fuzzy tingling that lasts for maybe 10-15 seconds and goes away. I know noone here is a doctor, but its happened more than once and its just weird. Not sure if its something weird going on due to pregnancy or what.

My WO today might just be being 9 months pregnant! I grocery shopped at several stores all morning. I have to do payroll tongiht so an evening WO is out. Not sure if I can get one in this afternoon or not. We'll leave in a while to pick up SUZY!!!!! Thanks for all the well-wishes for her. This is such an exciting thing fo rhte girls. Isabel has been talking about it all day. I got the vets a card and picked up TONS of cookies from thebest bakery in town. So, the day after tomorrow is the big day! I was SO calm yesterday. I enjoyed the day so much. Today Henry is at preschool, and I should be working feverishly around here, but I'm not. I'm getting ready to write the boys a little love note to tuck in their overnight bag for tomorrow night. They're sleeping over at my mom's house since we have to be at the hospital at 5:30 a.m. I also packed them the book "The Night Before the Baby Comes" for my mom to read to them. I'm a little sad that I won't be spending that last night with just my two boys, but they are excited about their sleepover. They adore my mom. She spoils them rotten. I'm predicting Oliver will OD on potato chips. He only gets them at her house, and he thinks they are the best things in the world. LOL. Well, I better get some things done today. I need to make some baked goods to have at the house while we're gone too. Hope everyone is having a good day!!!

Everyone sounds so busy.
My Bible Study was great, it's amazing how down to earth people are here. I never realized how snotty people were where we lived before---until we moved here. Really nice.

Jen - sorry you have a cold. I just got over one. Still my nose gets clogged up sometimes and I am sneezing here and there. I hope you feel better! I sometimes feel a bit light headed/dizzy for a minute or so. It passes so I dunno. I never felt that way before being preggo. Did yours just start or has it happened all along?
Melany- I've had the problem of "snooty" churches before too. I just don't get it. why be that way? Well we ended up moving to a new one and it was a world of difference. One thing I noticed is if they are a bit richer in general they are a bit more snooty. I prefer the middle class/even poor down to earth people I guess. They seem more real and caring. Not that I don't like people with money. Just not "snooty" people with money ha. They did seem to think they were all that and a bag of chips. oh well. Glad you found a new church you guys like. mmmmm. icecream cake!

I hadn't heard about buying depends. I usually just buy super big/thick pads and wear some snug cozy grandma undies. ha. But yeah there are times I'm glad there is a self checkout

I had my first appt yesterday... major bummer. I'm 10 weeks and it was only for paperwork. Didn't get to hear the heartbeat or anything! That all will be in 3 weeks at the next appt. ugh! The military can be so boring I guess. I am on a forum for those due the same month and they've all heard the heartbeat and many have had ultrasounds already.
I'm really stinking on my workouts. I just feel "blah" and "icky" everyday. I still need my energy back. I hope its soon. I'm feeling out of breath just going for a long walk. What is wrong with me??! I feel pathetic. lol. I hope that changes soon. sigh!

Jessica, I've never had an ob/gyn appt that early. They normally don't do them until 12-14 weeks....which really sucks. Your next appointment will be exciting!

Hi ladies! I am on DH's laptop since the desk top flat lined. I had my appt. and sadly no FHR. Yes, I know there can be reasons for this, BUT when I was in NP school we ALWAYS got FHT (fetal heart tones). We were taught to keep trying at 8 weeks and beyond. So, that is burned into my neurons. I know OBs are not as patient as NPs but I can't help considering myself not pregnant. I'll know more later this week. So, on to happy posting.
